By using this website, purchasing parts, viewing vehicle inventory, or contracting services from Correa Trucking Services, you explicitly agree to the following terms:
1. Parts & E-Commerce Policies
Shipping vs. Local Pickup Critical
It is the absolute responsibility of the buyer to select the correct fulfillment method at checkout. If "Local Pickup" is selected, the customer acknowledges that the item will NOT be shipped and must be retrieved physically at our facility. If an order is mistakenly placed as "Local Pickup," the customer must contact us immediately to arrange and pay for freight charges. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping selections. Fraudulent bank chargebacks claiming "Item Not Received" when Local Pickup was selected will be aggressively prosecuted.
Returns & Refunds
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Electrical Parts
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on electrical components and sensors. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once the item leaves our facility or is shipped.
2. Truck Sales & Showroom
In-Person Sales & Appointments Only
Vehicle sales listed on this website are for informational and showroom purposes only. All vehicle sales are conducted exclusively in person at our physical facility and by prior appointment.
No Online Payments block
Correa Trucking Services DOES NOT accept, process, or recognize online payments, digital deposits, or remote credit card transactions for the purchase of trucks. All vehicle transactions must be finalized through formal, direct, and in-person legal closing procedures.
"As-Is" Condition
All heavy-duty trucks and vehicles are sold "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS" with all faults. Correa Trucking Services explicitly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless a specific written warranty is provided at the time of sale.
Deposits
Any deposit placed to hold a vehicle is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. If the buyer fails to complete the transaction within the agreed timeframe, the deposit is forfeited.
3. Towing & Mechanical Services
Service Availability
All towing, recovery, and transport services are strictly subject to fleet, equipment, and operator availability. Correa Trucking Services reserves the right to decline or reschedule service based on current capacity, scheduling constraints, or safety conditions.
Towing Liability
Correa Trucking Services exercises the utmost care during towing and recovery operations. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, mechanical failures, or damages that occur as an unavoidable result of the recovery process (e.g., driveshaft removal, air line drops).
Storage Fees & Mechanic's Lien
Vehicles left at our facility following repairs, towing, or abandonment will accrue daily storage fees. We reserve the right to hold any vehicle under a mechanic's lien for unpaid invoices related to towing, repairs, or storage, in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms, conditions, and policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of operation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website or our services shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
